1 banana (diced)
½ cup oats
1 scoop protein powder
½ cup skims milk
1 tablespoon honey
1) In a bowl, add oats, milk, and water until the oatmeal is completely soaked and thick in texture.
2) Add onto the burner, stir the mixture and cook for about a minute.
3) Remove from heat and allow to cool for about 3 minutes.
