Finally, get 50cl of honey.

  • Open the Aloe Vera stem and scrape the gel into a bowl.
  • Peel the ginger and garlic,
  • Add garlic, some ginger, and lime into a blender.
  • Blend very well
  • While blending, add the remaining lime juice and ginger bit by bit until everything is well blended.
  • For the last time while adding honey and blend well again.

Store it in a bottle and keep refrigerated.

NOTE: The way you peel Egusi (melon) by removing its outer layer, is the same way you’ll peel your garlic by removing its outer skin.

Whenever you want to take some, shake the bottle well.

Don’t get offensive about the garlic odor and the bitter taste of the Aloe-Vera.

With a combination of lime, ginger, and honey, it will be neutralized and you won’t feel garlic and Aloe-Vera are in the drink.
