Cabbage Salad Recipe: For the Late-Night Eater

You know, it could be tough, thinking what can I have for dinner today after all the stress at work and you’ve to eat something right and healthy before sleep.

And you don’t want to fall into the habit of a late-night eater.Cabbage salad

Well, you can prepare cabbage salad which takes 10 to 15 minutes.

And it makes a great meal for your night.





1 cabbage (medium-size)

1 cucumber

2 carrots

1 spring onion or leek (sliced)

1 handful fresh green or spinach

2 skinless and boneless chicken breasts (chopped)

1. Chop all the ingredients, place in a large bowl and mix together.

2. Add your chopped chicken breasts.

3. Dress it with a spread of your choice and place it in the fridge.

Serve chilled.
