a. You need an organic ACV. When shopping, ask for the organic (also called mother) ACV.

b. 250 ml of water

Preparation:

a. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of ACV into a cup.

b. Add 250 ml of water into it.

Your ACV drink is ready.

Recipe 2

Ingredients:

250ml water

2 tablespoon Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon

1 tablespoon cinnamon or ginger

1 tablespoon extra-virgin honey (optional)

Direction: Blend everything till smooth and drink immediately.

It’s advisable you drink it with straw to avoid contact with your teeth because studies have shown it cause tooth decay over time. Apart from straw, if there is a way you can gulp your drink without contact your teeth, do it.

You can drink it before or after each meal which makes 2 to 3 times a day. Whichever way it suits your comfort and satisfaction.
